What this site is
This website describes what we do and gives you a way to reach us. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and submitting an inquiry does not reserve an item, create a sales contract, or obligate either of us to anything.
Availability, specifications, and pricing change constantly in this business. Anything discussed here is subject to confirmation in person.
Firearms law applies to everything we do
Founders Armory AZ LLC is a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL 9-86-013-07-6E-17262). Every transfer is conducted in person, through the licensee, and is subject to all applicable federal, Arizona, and local law — including background check requirements, the National Firearms Act where it applies, and any waiting or approval periods.
You are responsible for knowing whether you may lawfully possess a given item where you live. We do not transfer to anyone we believe to be prohibited from possessing a firearm, and we reserve the right to decline any transaction for any lawful reason.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Our fingerprinting and eForm assistance is a clerical and technical service — we help you file correctly, we do not advise you on the law. For legal questions about eligibility, trusts, or NFA items, talk to a qualified attorney.
Inquiries
When you send an inquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. Please keep submissions to the business at hand.
We read every inquiry, but sending one does not create any professional or contractual relationship between us, and we are under no obligation to respond.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Photographs are illustrative and may not depict the specific item under discussion. Where this site and a person at the shop disagree, trust the person at the shop.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to that venue.

We may revise these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and the revised terms apply to your use of the site from that point forward.
